KYMCO completa su gama de scooter 125 con el Filly, un scooter urbano, de reducidas dimensiones y baja altura del asiento al suelo. La propia marca lo encuadra dentro de su gama de vehículos enfocados a un público femenino, lo mismo que el MIler, que sería su equivalente en rueda alta. El motor está refrigerado por aire, es muy sencillo y también de prestaciones algo más discretas que la de los scooter con motor refrigerado por agua. Tiene elementos de led en sus faros entre otros detalles, que nos harán la vida algo más sencilla si nos tenemos que enfrentar al atasco diario. El freno delantero es de disco y tiene ABS de un solo canal, lo que significa que sólo actúa sobre el tren delantero.
