La KTM 890 Adventure 2023 mantiene el motor LC8, ágil y sensible, con su fantástica potencia de 105 CV y 100 Nm/ a 6500 rpm de par motor. El motor pone en movimiento el entorno, pero la potencia del ride-by-wire es tan segura como excitante, tan controlable como salvaje si es necesario, tan estable como espectacular. Un centro de gravedad bajo gracias al diseño del depósito de gasolina de 20 litros hace que la esbelta forma de la KTM 890 ADVENTURE destaque y acentúe su ergonomía.Los pilotos pueden sentir la agilidad y la manejabilidad tanto en pilotando en posición sentada como de pie. El robusto subchasis de acero hace que los pasajeros y el equipaje más pesados se sientan ligeros como una pluma.KTM se ha esforzado por situar la altura del asiento a un nivel bajo, contando con la contribución del depósito al conjunto de la ergonomía (se puede lograr una altura de asiento de solo 825 mm gracias a las distintas opciones de sillín y el kit de altura rebajada va 25 mm aún más allá), pero manteniendo una elevada distancia al suelo sin comprometer la sensación de confort y rendimiento.Para 2023, uno de los cambios más significativos se ha llevado a cabo en la máscara de faro, entre la columna de dirección y el depósito de gasolina. Ahora está integrado en una sección del carenado reforzada para ofrecer más seguridad y más capacidad de carga para los dispositivos GPS de mayor tamaño. Además, la KTM 890 Adventure  cuenta con unos paneles más anchos en el depósito y en los laterales para proteger el asiento de golpes o rozaduras no deseadas.
