La gama de modelos de la marca china VOGE en la cilindrada de 300 cc se completa con esta 300 ACX: una Scrambler todo-terreno con mucha personalidad y diferenciada respecto a la 300 AC conocida sobre la que se basa.

La nueva Voge 300 ACX emplea como propulsor el monocilíndrico YF300 con caja de cambios de seis velocidades que impulsa también a la Neo-Retro AC, naked R, deportiva RR y Trail aventura DS, una mecánica de dimensiones muy compactas que emplea unas medidas internas de carrera corta que favorecen la potencia a alto régimen y una mayor facilidad para subir rápidamente de vueltas. En esta ocasión cumple la directiva anticontaminación Euro 5 conservando la misma cifra de potencia que las primeras versiones Euro 4 (25,8 CV a 8.500 rpm) e incluso superando ligeramente el registro máximo de par motor (23,5 Nm a 6.500 rpm). Las emisiones de CO2 en las pruebas de homologación se sitúan en los 74 g/km. Esta mecánica con refrigeración líquida emplea una culata con doble árbol de levas (DOHC) y 4 válvulas, con caja de cambios de seis velocidades e inyección electrónica desarrollada por el especialista alemán Bosch. Para anular sus vibraciones se dispone de un eje de equilibrado contrarrotante conectado al cigüeñal.

Para el bastidor se recurre a una estructura multitubular que queda a la vista entre el depósito y la culata, cerrado en su parte inferior por una simple cuna. El basculante es asimétrico mostrando por el lado izquierdo un perfil recto de sección rectangular, mientras que por el derecho se curva en forma de “banana” para salvar la salida del escape, el cual adopta una forma de megáfono con la salida elevada con líneas ligeramente diferentes a su hermana 300 AC.

El depósito, de 15 litros de capacidad, recibe unas formas redondeadas clásicas y tradicionales, estrechándose en la zona de apoyo de las rodillas. Se continúa con un asiento envolvente para el piloto con el tapizado superior en un acabado guateado; este asiento se eleva a tan sólo 798 mm del suelo, para que los pilotos de todas las tallas puedan llegar al suelo. La ergonomía, con una posición de conducción cómoda se consigue con un manillar de tubo elevado y ancho, y unas manetas de embrague y freno delantero regulables sin herramientas en apertura por medio de una ruleta de cuatro posiciones.
