La Voge ER10 tiene un diseño futurístico viene acompañado de un bastidor único en el mundo de la moto que envuelve el cuerpo del vehículo de forma perimetral con una estructura de doble viga construida en aleación ligera de aluminio uniendo la pipa de la dirección con el eje del basculante, que también utiliza el aluminio para reducir el peso del conjunto (122 kg con batería incluida).

Precisamente sobre el basculante, entre su eje y la rueda posterior se ubica el motor que impulsa esta ER-10, en una disposición que permite mantener la tensión constante de la cadena de transmisión a la rueda, independientemente del recorrido de la suspensión y que garantiza una larga vida útil de este elemento. Este motor ha sido producido por el especialista asiático JWT y cuenta con dos importantes argumentos: funcionamiento trifásico y refrigeración líquida. El circuito del refrigerante también cubre la electrónica del controlador consiguiendo una mayor eficiencia del motor por la estabilidad de las temperaturas de funcionamiento, sobre todo cuando se le hace trabajar a su potencia pico de 8,9 kW (12,1 CV) a 3.500 rpm, disponiendo de una potencia nominal de 6 kW (8,2 CV) a 4.660 rpm. Como es habitual en los motores eléctricos, el motor JWT ofrece un excelente empuje desde muy abajo con un par motor de 190 Nm al eje del motor y 41 Nm a la rueda, cifras muy por encima de las que ofrece una moto de 125 cc.

La alimentación corre a cargo de una batería Samsung de polímero litio compuesta por 384 celdas de 2600 mAh, formando un conjunto de 60V y 70Ah con un peso de 30 kilos. El cargador que se suministra proporciona una alta corriente de carga de 20A consiguiendo la carga al 100 por cien en tan sólo 4 horas. La batería está protegida con un sistema de gestión BMS que monitoriza la totalidad de las celdas ante sobrecargas o descargas, incluso cortocircuitos, con un equilibrado que aísla la celda afectada para que todo siga funcionando.

La ER-10 cuenta con dos modos de conducción: uno económico que reduce la velocidad máxima a 50 km/h, velocidad máxima legal en trayectos urbanos, y otro deportivo con el que se alcanza una velocidad máxima de casi 100 km/h. La autonomía según normas WTC es de 130 km rodando a una velocidad de 30 km/h, reduciéndose a 45 km en autopista manteniendo una velocidad constante de 90 km/h. Es posible aumentar estas autonomías en un 5% aprovechando la frenada regenerativa con la retención del motor al cortas gas tanto bajando pendientes como frenando.
