La Voge 525R 2023 estrena nuevos colores gris oscuro y plata, con el logo del modelo a ambos lados de la parte delantera del depósito de 16,5 litros de capacidad. Contribuyen a la nueva imagen los nuevos tubos colectores del sistema de escape que estrenan un acabado en latón, prescindiendo de la quilla para aumentar su vistosidad con un recorrido serpenteante en paralelo.

El bastidor conserva su estructura multitubular perimetral en acero con subchasis posterior atornillado para facilitar la accesibilidad mecánica. Tan sólo se ha modificado el ángulo de lanzamiento de la horquilla que pasa de 26 a 27º para mejorar la estabilidad manteniendo su característica nobleza en el paso por curvas. Las dimensiones generales se mantienen con una distancia entre ejes de 1.445 mm. El basculante, en fundición de aluminio rompe la simetría en sus brazos dando una ligera curvatura por el lado derecho para salvar la salida de su silenciador.

La principal característica de esta VOGE 525R reside en la motorización 525: un grupo motor bicilíndrico en línea con refrigeración líquida basado en el que impulsa a los modelos 500, y en el que interiormente se ha cambiado todo. Comenzando por las medidas internas, ahora se adopta una configuración cuadrada en el que tanto el diámetro como la carrera de sus dos cilindros se igualan a 68 mm lo que le permite aumentar su cilindrada desde los 471 a los 494 cc, mucho más cerca del “medio litro” real. Con el aumento de cilindrada la mecánica 525 conserva su potencia máxima en los 35 kW (47,6CV) manteniéndose en el límite legal permitido para los usuarios con el carnet A2.
